Unlike the majority of kitchen knives available on the market, Japanese Chef’s knives have a thin blade edge that is extremely sharp but fragile. Please use special care when you use them and never use them to cut or separate frozen food, or cut very hard ingredients. After use, please carefully hand wash the knife (Never clean your knife in dishwasher machine), dry it with a clean soft cloth and then store it a safe, dry place. If you take good care of you Japanese Chef’s knife it will last for many, many years and be a faithful companion in your cooking adventures!
