NOTE: Please ensure that the address you enter in during checkout is the correct address. We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery. Additionally, we strongly suggest you never refuse a shipment. Many refused packages get lost or destroyed, and even if they are returned, it can take months or years before we see them. Therefore, a refused shipment does not constitute a return and you will not receive a refund.
New and unused products may be returned within 14 days of shipment. The items need to be in the original packaging and re-sellable as new. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% re-stocking fee on returns based on the above requirements or we may simply deduct the price of shipping the item to you. If the items are returned un-used and in the original package we DO NOT charge any fees.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if there is a problem. Please include your order number. Once we have verified the issue, we will send you a replacement and take care of the issue.
All of our orders are processed and fulfilled by us within 24 hours. For this reason, we cannot accept order cancellations once your order has been placed. However, if you have any questions right after placing an order you may reach us by calling us at (720) 773-1185.
We warrant that all of our products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you find any of our products to be defective, we will offer you the choice of either receiving a new replacement product or receiving a full refund. This warranty does not cover products that we deem to have been either misused or abused. Please contact us for instructions on how to return your item before returning them. We may request you to send some clear photographs for confirming exact situation. Thank you.
